A custom-made controller with a true-to-life weight and feel makes it easy for a user to translate what she’s learned in the real world. Currently available at select Lowe’s stores, this virtual product trial aims to vastly improve customers’ willingness to try out new products, ease decision making and even provide safety and professional usage tips.
